General Conventions for booking / reservation

Once you have decided on our offer, you can phone, mail or Email to place your booking or reservation. You will immediately receive a confirmation (which makes the date of contract).

The order is handled within our company using automatic data processing. The customer hereby expressly agrees to our processing of his data, that we require for the contractual relationships, in the context of order processing.

The reservation has a down payment of 20% of the total price by bank transfer. The remaining amount you can transfer up to 2 weeks in advance or pay on the spot here.

Cancellation and Return Policy
If, for any reason whatsoever, you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

The following are our cancellation charges:

- from the time of booking confirmation until 31 days before the use of the reserved / ordered service, we charge you 20% of the agreed total invoice amount. 
- From 30 days prior to the use of the booked / ordered service, we charge you 50% of the agreed total invoice amount.
- From 14 days prior to the use of the booked / ordered service, we charge you 75% of the agreed total invoice amount.
- From 7 days prior to the use of the booked / ordered service, we charge you 90% of the agreed total invoice amount.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

The invoice payment for bookings and reservations is set up immediately after the booking/ reservation confirmation. The invoice shall be paid in euros.

The deposit amount equal to 20% of the total invoice amount is due within 14 days after invoicing. The remaining total bill could be paid in cash.

We can only accept credit cards (VISA und MASTERCARD) at our office in Kalamaki. Since in this case it sometimes comes to technical handling problems, we would always prefer cash payment.

Please indicate on the money transfers always the following:
1. the name under which the booking is taken
2. the date of arrival
3. what exactly you have booked or reserved

Once we have received a receipt confirmation of our bank, we will send you a payment confirmation via email.

Government Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements and contracts with us are made under Greek Law. Jurisdiction is Greece. With your booking or reservation you go into a contract with the company « Oleander ».
